Refunds & Cancellation Policy

This cancellation policy applies to Mentor Program, LFTL AUS 1 & 2 Day passes, pre/post conference

Refunds will be made for cancellations sent via email to Jordanna Smith (info@basipilates.com.au).

Cancellation emails must be dated on or before 30th November 2020, will be subject to a $150 cancellation/administration fee for LFTLAUS 2 Day pass and pre/post conference, and $90 for LFTLAUS Day Pass.

Cancellation emails dated between 1st December – 31st January 2021, will be subject to a $300 cancellation/administration fee for LFTLAUS 2 Day pass and pre/post conference, and LFTLAUS Day pass cancellations will be subject to a $150 cancellation/administration fee.

No refunds will be given for cancellations received after 31st December 2020.

Mentor Cancellation – emails dated on or before 30th September 2020, will be subject to a $300 cancellation/administration fee for Mentor program. Emails dated 1st October – 1st November 2020 will be subject to a $400 cancellation/administration fee. No refunds will be allowed after 1st November 2020 as you were a deciding factor for the program and waitlist. Replacements spots can be organised by the registered attendee.

 

BASI Pilates Australia reserves the right to substitute Workshops or Presenters at any time. Please allow 4 – 6 weeks for any refund to be processed after the Learn From The Leaders Conference.
